Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

Under Article 11 of the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976), we give the following information about ZTPipe (ztpipe.app and portal.ztpipe.app). ZTPipe is currently sold only to corporations established in Japan.

Prices and other charges
| ZTPipe license | 800 yen per license per 30 days, excluding tax. One license is for one person (one email address), on up to two devices. |

| Proof license (optional) | 8,000 yen per month per contract ID, excluding tax. Every license under that contract ID can add a Proof (a PP-TSA timestamp) to messages. |
| Consumption tax | Japanese consumption tax is charged in addition to the prices above. The order screen and the invoice show the price excluding tax and the amount of tax. |
| Other charges | You bear the cost of the internet connection and other communication needed to use the Service. |
Payment method and timing
| Payment method | Credit card through Stripe only. |

| Timing | The first period is charged when you order. After that, charges are made automatically on each renewal date (every 30 days for licenses, every month for the Proof license). Licenses added during a period are charged pro rata at the time they are added. |
| If a payment fails | You may continue to use the Service until the end of the paid period. If payment is still not received when the period ends, the licenses stop working and the app is locked (the data and keys on your devices are kept). |
Delivery
| When the Service is provided | Immediately after payment: you can issue serial numbers in the portal and activate the app. |

| Reducing licenses | Takes effect from the next renewal date. No refund is given for the difference. |
Cancellation and returns
| Returns and refunds | The Service is a digital service, so returns and refunds are not accepted. |

| Cancellation | You can cancel at any time in the portal. The contract ends at the end of the current paid period. No refund is given. |
| Withdrawing a cancellation | You can withdraw the cancellation until the end of the paid period. |
| After cancellation | When the license period ends, the app is locked (messages cannot be read, sent or received). The data and keys stay on your devices and become available again when a valid license is entered. |
